Requesting Replacement Smartpin Tiles

How to request replacement Tiles and the replacement Tile policy for users

Your Smartpin Tiles are covered by our hassle free replacement policy.

If your Smartpin Tiles have not reported a location for 7 days or they have been lost, you are able to request replacement Tiles. Please message support via the in-app chat or by emailing support at [email protected].

Please provide the device ID of the Smartpin Tile, and the reason for request.

If you are requesting to replace more than 15% of the Tiles in your account, you need to commit to renewing your subscription for an additional term.
