Limited Warranty for Smartpin Devices (this “Limited Warranty”)
Hubble Network, Inc. ("Company") warrants that your Smartpin Devices and related hardware purchased directly from the Company ("Devices"), will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery to the original retail purchaser ("Warranty Period"). If a defect in a Device arises within the Warranty Period, the Company will, at its sole discretion and subject to applicable U.S. laws:
1. Repair or replace the defective Device with a new or refurbished Device or component; or
2. Refund the original purchase price upon return of the defective Device.
Exclusions
This Limited Warranty does not apply to:
- Devices purchased from unauthorized resellers or third parties not expressly authorized by the Company.
- Devices used in a manner inconsistent with the Company’s documentation, specifications, or instructions for use, including but not limited to improper installation or unauthorized modification.
- Devices used with unauthorized software, hardware, or systems not provided or approved by the Company.
- Devices damaged due to abuse, accident, neglect, misuse, or external causes beyond the Company’s reasonable control, including but not limited to environmental damage, physical impact, or exposure to liquids.
- Devices used for non-commercial purposes, such as personal item tracking, pet tracking, or other consumer use cases, in violation of the Smartpin Master Subscription Agreement.
- Normal wear and tear, including battery degradation or failure, unless the battery failure is due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
Legal Rights
This Limited Warranty is in addition to any non-excludable rights you may have under applicable U.S. federal or state consumer protection laws. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of certain damages, so the limitations below may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE U.S. LAW, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO THE DEVICES ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE ONE (1) YEAR WARRANTY PERIOD. ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS, AND WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, ARE DISCLAIMED.
THE SMARTPIN SERVICE AND DEVICES ARE DESIGNED SOLELY FOR COMMERCIAL ASSET TRACKING AND MANAGEMENT WITHIN THE CUSTOMER’S INTERNAL BUSINESS OPERATIONS, AS SPECIFIED IN THE SMARTPIN MASTER SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT. THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY RESULTING FROM ANY USE OF THE DEVICES OR SMARTPIN SERVICE FOR ANY PURPOSE OTHER THAN THEIR INTENDED COMMERCIAL DESIGN.
Claims Process
To obtain remedies under this Limited Warranty, the Company must receive your claim before the end of the one (1) year Warranty Period. To initiate a claim:
Contact the Company’s customer support team via the Help Center at https://support.smartpin.app/ to request a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA").
Provide proof of purchase, including the original order number and date of delivery, and a description of the defect.
Upon approval, the Company may, at its sole discretion, require the Customer to return the defective Device to the address specified by the Company in connection with the RMA. If return is required, the Customer shall bear the cost of shipping the Device to the Company.
If, in connection with an RMA, the Company, at its sole discretion, requires the Customer to agree to transfer ownership of the defective Device to the Company, the original Device, once returned, may not be returned to the Customer. The Company warrants that any repaired or replaced Device is covered for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or ninety (90) days from the date of repair or replacement, whichever is longer. If the claim is justified based on this Limited Warranty, the Company shall bear the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement (at its own discretion) Device to you. Any Device returned without a valid warranty claim or without an RMA may be rejected, returned at the sender’s cost (subject to prepayment), or disposed of at the Company’s sole discretion.
No Refund Policy
The Company does not offer refunds or returns for Smartpin Devices except as provided under this Limited Warranty or as required by applicable U.S. law. Devices purchased are non-returnable under any other circumstances, including but not limited to termination or expiration of the Customer’s Smartpin Service subscription, as specified in the Smartpin Master Subscription Agreement. Customers are responsible for purchasing replacement Devices at their own cost if Devices are lost, damaged, or inoperable for reasons not covered by this Limited Warranty.
Export Compliance
The Customer must comply with all applicable U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and economic sanctions administered by the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), when returning or transferring Devices under this Limited Warranty. The Customer shall not return Devices to the Company from any country, entity, or individual subject to U.S. sanctions or export restrictions without obtaining required licenses or authorizations.
